Yes, you can! During the ordering process you can choose 'Pick up in store'. Then you can send an email to info@studiocheng.nl to make a pick-up appointment. You can also use the contact form at the bottom of this page for this.

Can I view a product in the studio first?

That's possible, great! Mail for an appointment to info@studiocheng.nl or fill in the form below.

Can I return a product?

Of course. You can return product(s) undamaged and unused within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure you also include your order number.

When your return is received undamaged, your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Because they are often fragile products, they must be properly packaged (tip: use the original shipping packaging).

In addition to the risk of loss or damage during return transport, the costs of return shipping are also borne by the sender.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 4 business days. You will receive a track & trace when the package has been shipped. If it takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a message.

Can the dishes be put in the dishwasher?

Yes, the dishes can be put in the dishwasher unless there is an exception in the product description.

Is the tableware food safe?

Yes, the tableware is glazed with a food-safe glaze.
