Orders are usually shipped within 4 business days. You will receive a track & trace code when the package has been shipped. If it takes longer due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a message.

Pick up products in the studio? Great! You can choose the option 'pick up in store' in the ordering process. Send an email to info@studiocheng.nl for an appointment. Please also mention your name and order number in the email.

Transport damage? Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, sometimes something gets damaged during transport. Please contact info@studiocheng.nl within 48 hours. Send your name, order number and a photo of the damage. You will receive a message as soon as possible.

Returns
You can return product(s) undamaged and unused within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you also include your order number. When your return is received undamaged, your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Because they are often fragile products, they must be properly packaged (tip: use the original shipping packaging).

In addition to the risk of loss or damage during return transport, the costs of return shipping are also borne by the sender.
